First Life is made up of DJ/producers Nick Hook and Martin Sharp. They have both been recording since the early 90s, and have enjoyed success as solo artists and as collaborators in many projects since those early years. Between them they have clocked up more than 300 releases on some of the biggest and most legendary house music labels including: FFRR, Zulu Records, Cream, Om, Motive, Hooj, Distinctive, React, Freakin909, Whartone, Go Deeva Light, Traded Music, Stress, Whoop!, Plastic Fantastic, Limbo, Loaded, Phonetic, DMC, Whore House, Hed Kandi, Pacha, Renaissance, In It Together Records, Chemiztri and Jeepers! Music. First Life’s first release was ‘Love Bomb’ which came out on Om Records in 1993. The following year they released their progressive house classic ‘Be One Of Us’, which was a massive record
