Olof Mengede

Olof Mengede is from Tilburg, a city in southern Netherlands. He grew up listening to Hip House and Swingbeat music, and fell in love with electronic synthesizer music at a young age, inspired by artists such as Vangelis and Kraftwerk. At the age of 17, Olof started DJing in a local pub under the name DJ Bost. The owner of the pub was not into electronic dance music and when the owner was away, Olof would play his dance records and people started to notice and talk about his sets. Other local clubs and bars asked him to play sets and he started making a name for himself in Tilburg. Following that, he got signed to his first booking agency.
