LackOfAffekt is a UK based music producer, writing songs that blend the current melodic techno, deep & progressive house styles with cinematic and ambient undertones. He is most recognisable by his haunting melodies, and subtle, refined soundscapes. LackOfAffekts early inspiration included film score, soundtracks, metal, ska & reggae before he discovered electronic music in the mid 2010s, He was instantly inspired by the sounds, and began honing his own interpretation of these genres, Combining infectious grooves with deep bass, Dark catchy melodies and captivating ambience. LackOfAffekts music has seen support from the likes of Main Identity, Ben deeper, Sean & Dee, Zy khan and more. LackOfAffekt has, and is working with noteworthy labels, including Deed.berlin, Polyptych, Hexagonal, Duenia, etc. His belief is that every song, should tell a story.
