Mark Tammo

Mark Tamsett (producing as Mark Tammo) from the South East of England, grew up listening to Soul, Funk & Electro and classic Hip-Hop during his teens, but his Eureka moment came whilst at the Prestatyn Weekender in 1988. It was here where he first heard the deep, oscillating and twisted sounds of Acid House. From this moment on he decided he’d like to seek out, collect and play all forms of House music and throughout the nineties secured a residencies at monthly nights locally, in London and various festivals. In the noughties he set up the legendary Raise nights in London with a few close friends including Sean Harvey, and still puts on the occasional Raise night. Mark Tammo continues to DJ and now produces Melodic House & Techno sometimes
