James Wiles

James Wiles is a DJ, producer and curator from Nottingham, UK. Entering the industry in his late teens back in the early 2010’s, like many producers of that time, James was obsessed with the progressive sounds of Swedish House Mafia, Mark Knight and Eric Prydz. Developing his production knowledge with every release, he started out by remixing and bootlegging pop singles from the likes of INNA and NeYo, eventually releasing a bootleg of the much loved ‘My Feeling’ by Junior Jack. 2017 saw James' first solo outing under now former alias Valiant (UK). Continuing to grow with every release, the producer then went on to release a number of impressive originals and remixes on progressive imprints Monstercat Silk, Emergent Music and Freegrant Music to name a few.
