Larry Peace

Larry Peace’s sole purpose has always been to unify people–for brief moments– using the power of house music. Black, white, straight, gay, wallflowers, floor pieces, and all in-between–partying together¬–united by their love for house music. However lame it may sound, it’s true and the Minnesota native, former Prince DJ has pushed this mission onto dance floors for over 20 years. Nowhere else is this more evident than in his productions. Peace consistently serves up a buffet sounds borrowing from a variety of genres, but maintains funky and jackin’ house grooves as the foundation of every release and remix. This is the sound of unity and serves as a party invitation to everyone from the one many call “the Rick James of dance music,” Larry Peace.
