DJ Rain

Afro house producer/DJ “Dj Rain” born and raised in NY. A self described B-boy, with a love of Old Disco and R&B sounds. He started his DJ career in the 80s playing Underground music from every corner of the globe. Often ignoring the radio and mainstream music choices altogether. Producing his first track back in the 90's under the name William Black. Today Rain can be found in Miami in his 305 Studios producing tracks for labels such as Open Bar, Kolour, Heavy and others. His sound can best be described as Afro-centric whether making Afrotech Afrohouse and Deep House. He still finds inspiration from every corner and Hopes to inspire something different that people will want to dance to.
