Moakz

Cinematic Jungle & 160 DJ/Producer/Remixer from the South Coast UK. DJing and crate digging since his teens, Moakz (Jon) was resident and promoter for the highly regarded Offshore & Toast events in Southampton during the mid-late 90's and early 00's, and was also an old-skool hardcore resident for Adrenalin during the same period, playing at numerous other events and free parties during this period. He subsequently co-produced and released several Nu-Skool Breaks tracks under the pseudonym Mobius on Ape Records, Dusted Breaks, VIM Records and Yellow Finger. Moakz has recently returned, energised by the contemporary jungle and atmospheric sounds, with a new sound and several releases in quick succession which merge atmospheric elements with timeless breaks to deliver a mix of both epic dancefloor jungle and serene melodies over several releases
