Growing up during the 80’s Travis was ever so familiar with the sounds of Madonna, Prince, Michael Jackson, Queen, and of course David Bowie. His first productions were mashups of these artists made by taping over the erase head on his boombox and layering famous 80’s artists sounds together, going so far as to even splice the tiny magnetic strips together to create loops. As his interest in bending sound grew he quickly found himself needing a more productive way to bring sounds together and managed to get a used computer which enabled him to far more quickly hash together remixes and mashups.After a warm reception to his initial mixtapes he started Evil Twin records and got his first set of Technics 1200’s along with his first real mixer, a
