Jure Girandon »AUDIOSTATIK« got involved in music at the early age of 18, when he bought his first turntables. He fell in love with progressive techno and psytrance music and started project »BEATBASTARDS«. The idea for the project was born in an old explosives factory where he and a friend had their first studio. After that place they also named the record label »Sprengstofffabrik«. Influenced by the powerful offbeat scene at that time, introduced by a friend Dominic »BASSJUNKIE« (who was later also a partner in the project), Jure started a side project »AUDIOSTATIK«. »AUDIOSTATIK« became very well known in a very short time and was performing at many clubs and well known festivals all around Switzerland, Universo Pararello in Brazil, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia and Denmark.
