Lief

Lief is the collaboration between two Australian composer-producers, Michael Edwards (http://www.michaeledwardscomposer.com) and Adrian Watkins working with guest vocalists and remixers, spanning organic cinematic sounds, jazz, deep house and electronic. Their formation back in 2002 saw them break into the scene in London which included vinyl single releases and dance remixes including Moloko's last ever single release ‘Cannot Contain This’ with the amazing vocals of Róisín Murphy and the Hed Kandi club hit StoneBridge ft Therese Put 'Em High (2004) which reached the top 10 in the UK Singles Chart. With Honours degrees in music composition they applied themselves to high-profile films, games and TV advertising campaigns but the Lief artist project was resurrected in 2017 with the release of their debut album Photogenic. They've since released a collaboration with RnB Soul sensation Daniel Merriweather
