Faded Paper Figures

Faded Paper Figures

Faded Paper Figures is an American Second Wave synthpop band from Los Angeles, California. FPF is known for their electro-organic sound often compared to bands like The Postal Service, Passion Pit, and Stars, with influences from Morrissey, The Pixies, and New Order mixed in for good measure. The band formed in 2007 when Kael Alden and his wife, Heather Alden, met singer R. John Williams and began combining glitched-out analog synth riffs with driving rock guitars and dance inspired beats. Most of us measure time in terms of memories, photo albums, diaries, social media posts, and so on and so forth. Faded Paper Figures measure time in songs.
