Jules Lecoq aka COQMAN is Dj, Producer, Event Manager, Booker, and Owner of FLUCTUAT RECORDS. Music lover since he's a kid, he starts producing at 20. After graduating, he spent 4 years working in Paris organizing festivals and parties, until he decided to start a trip to Latin America in search of new cultures and sounds. CoqMan began his international career in Medellín, Colombia. He became part of Techno Collective DARK ART and started producing for Hexagons Undergound in South America. Soon after this, he decided to create his own record label called FLUCTUAT RECORDS, releasing talented Techno artists from South America & Europe.
