Japanese producer COMPRESSED8 a.k.a RIKI NOHARA, who first encountered electric bass in the early 90s and researched various playing styles, was Gradually, he began to research stoic sequencing, using synthesisers to morph techno sounds in an organic way. His motivation is to synthesise every track so powerfully that it can be interpreted as a giant synthesiser in its own right, with a fully club-oriented production and performance committed to the purpose of the floor, with an astonishing machine beat. He also has a multifaceted career as a DJ, remixer, collaborator and sound engineer, with his most recent highlight being SIDERAL (Compressed8MIX), a remix of DJ DEXTRO's track on Reform Vol 2 - Transforma on Naked Lunch Records.
