Jack Matthew Tyson

Jack Matthew Tyson was born in the north of Belgium and was influenced musically by his siblings but got most of his interest in electronics when it came to music. Experimenting with tape recorders, dubbing, recording in various speeds lead to exploring keyboards, sampling and sequencing. Having a big interest in the New Beat style, which took Belgium and the surrounding countries by storm during the late eighties, he felt urged to take his productions to the public, but was being held back by limited equipment and most of all, meeting the right people to get somewhere. In the early nineties he found a copanion by whom he made progress when it came to utilising the right soft- and hardware and this finally yielded to a succeeding demo tape.
