Allan Hoffmann, aka The Off Man, is a Belgium producer from Liège.He started producing music as Rock and Electro/Rock producer.One of his most valued work is probably the OST of "Baby Balloon" a movie including himself as an actor.After his SAE Brussels graduation, he decided making Techno music, the gender he loved so much as a kid in the 90's.He choose to hit the world with his first EP "Inner Voices".His sound, characterized by dark atmospheres interspersed with melodic ambiances, hyptonic subbass and heavy kick in the front.
