Elad Levin

Producer, DJ, co-owner at Techno Cowboy Publishing a member of the duo techno duo DCEL.Elad was born in Tel Aviv and raised in its suburbs. He was exposed to electronic music through Israel’s Psytrance scene and MTV Europe - the most popular music channel in Israel during the 1990s. Starting with the synth-heavy Europop that was played on the chart shows, he slowly gravitated towards the underground music they would play later at night. It is there that he got a taste for European club music, including underground sounds like house and techno.Influenced by artists such as Eric Morillo and Josh Wink, as well as Israeli Psytrance acts such as Astral Projection, Elad started writing music using a MIDI tracker in his early teens.
