Swami Sound

Dubbed the “father of NYC garage,” the Bronx born, NY-based DJ, producer, and artist Swami Sound has made his presence known globally with his distinct take on Garage music, synthesizing two-step with a New York City sheen. With co-signs from Apple, Mixcloud, and Pirate Studios, his recent ascent has been chronicled in DJ Mag, Mixmag, Soundcloud, Bandcamp, and Pitchfork. In 2023, Swami toured Tokyo, Canada and both US coasts. In July, Boiler Room tapped Swami Sound to DJ alongside UKG-legend Todd Edwards on the Hudson River.
