Modulator (US)

The Modulator started producing in 1992 the initial release was "Maximum Pulse" on 12" format on the legendary New York EXperimental label which featured Damon Wild, Tim Taylor, Joey Beltram, Frankie Bones etc.. also a mad Modular and Analog synth collector. Experimentation in sound design. Worked with early techno labels in Germany , England and Japan as well as on his own Electric Music Foundation and Analog Imprint. Also DJ's and performs live at festivals around the world. The ideas behind his music are to incorporate the characteristics of analog based Synthesizers and Modular Systems to weave unique sounds with driving bass lines and a rhythmic percussive four to the floor backdrop. Some people also know the Modulator as Freddie Fresh or Freddy Fresh.
