Some people stumble upon dance music. In Famba’s case, dance music found him. At 13 he was lured to the deep side, discovering the worlds of house and techno via fellow Canadians deadmau5 and Richie Hawtin. After a fear years honing his craft, he was landing releases with renowned labels worldwide. In 2018, Famba signed to Sony Canada and immediately found commercial success, but that wasn’t enough. “I got into making this music because of my love for clubs and festivals.
