Duos is the moniker of Brisbane based Drum & Bass artist and label director James Millis. An exponent of low-slung hooners, wonky halftime, and sharp technical oddities; his love of low frequency immersion has helped establish himself as one of the long standing partisans of quality bass music on the east coast of Australia. Cutting his teeth with a residency at infamous back alley Melbourne nightclub The Croft Institute served as a jumping off point to a decade that has seen him top the Beatport Drum & Bass Release chart, help co-deliver Manifest Festival, establish bass music label 8ball Audio, and system engineer countless large scale sound systems up and down the country.
