Deephope is back with an EP entitled A Great Day. This is a 3 track monster with each bringing something different to the listener. The title track dives in with deep pads straight away and continues to build with a groovy bass line and a clean drum track. For You dials it back and gets a bit more organic. The track is full of warm luscious pads and a bit of an eighties sounding bass line. Really nice stuff here. Closing out this EP is Was Over. Minimal drum work here but it works well, not to detract the listener from the great melodic work going on front and center. For those of you in the Northern Hemisphere this is a delightful summer EP. Those in the South, it'll keep you warm during the winter months. Play It Loud!
