Xamanist

Xamanist is Sérgio Ribeiro, a portuguese musician, composer and producer. Since childhood he has played guitar and synths and experimented with electronic compositions. With no surprise he became interested in goa trance and psytrance after discovering the psychedelic world at Boom Festival 2000. After maturing his own original style for years he established the Xamanist project, blending old with new, darkness with light and melody with rhythm. His music is fresh and ecletic, dwelling from progressive and psytechno to psychedelic fullon, frequently infused with oldschool goa trance melodies. His creations excel in flow and storytelling and induce a high degree of psychedelism.
