Bio:

Shawn Boissinotte Alexis known as S.B.A has always had a passion for music. Growing up in Montreal Canada and having a Haitian and French background has exposed him to many genre of music. From his beginnings as rapper, S.B.A became fascinated by the process of making music while attending Recording Arts Canada. Around that time that he also developed a taste for dance music and soon after moving to Atlanta he joined Cosmic Academy and made the shift from rap to Dj'ing and producing music. A year later S.B.A released his first single "Middle Eastern Androids" which became the top selling record on Moog Modular Records. He then followed that release with "Natura Brasileira" and it peaked all the way to #77 on the Beatport Funky / Groove / Jackin' House Top 100. Since then S.B.A has released numerous record including "Creme De La Creme" on Federico Scavo's Area 94 label. His musical influence range from Ludacris, Notorious B.I.G, Tupac, Nas, Jay-Z, Nipsey Hussle, Kryder, Tom Staar, Erick Morillo, Steve Angello, Mark Knight.
