PREMATRON is the solo Electronic Project of Premik Jolly, a guitarist, composer, live artist and producer based in Bangalore, India. He owns and manages Area 51 Studio, where he records and produces electronic, ambient and heavy metal music. Started playing at the age of 7. The years have shaped him into an artist, producer, synthesist, and the list goes on. In 2012, began producing and recording local metal bands, at his studio, Area51. Worked with bands like Lucidreams, Silence, Djinn & Miskatonic, Shepherd and many more. 2012 also saw him headlining Asia’s biggest electronic music festival Sunburn, along side The Mafaiza Live Project (Mafaiza, Anushka Manchanda, Premik Jolly) and has performed at the popular Sunrise Festival in Pondicherry in 2014/15/16. Prematron still continues to perform live electronic music at various
