Who is "Phase 313"? This is the tough question, and I'll try to answer it.Phase 313 is a new image that was born under the Motorlab rec. in 2012.The last pseudonym "OtZvUK" was known, I performed with it a lot in clubs, FM and Internet radio stations in Saint- Petersburg.But once it ceased to express myself and I thank Motorlab rec. that they pushed me to changes.I have another project "In Focus", it include all my tracks besides Techno, which was written under the mood.
