Loop Corporation

Inspired by underground house and techno music and a desire to push boundaries with technology to perform live electronic music, Loop Corporation was born. As the name suggests the live show is arranged by layering individual loops of chunky grooves, infectious melodies and deep bass lines through an improvised performance offering spontaneous on-the-fly creativity to deliver an original, soulful and beat tweaking serving of house and techno.At the heart of the Loop Corporation live setup is a MacBook Pro running Ableton software. Ableton is fully midi-mapped to interact with the Liine Lemur app on an iPad using a self- customised version of the Livecontrol 2 interface. Similarly, a Jazzmutant hardware Lemur touch screen controller also controls Ableton through a fully self-customised interface. This touch screen hands on approach to controlling
