Krista Bourgeois

Berlin based techno powerhouse Krista Bourgeois quickly found her sound in both DJing and production after studying music production and audio engineering in her long term home of Portland, Oregon. After finishing her music studies, she made the move across the world to Berlin. No stranger to the heavier side of techno, Krista's sets border on the edge of frenetic and that energy is translated into her productions. Inspired by harsh industrial atmospheres weaved into uncompromising percussion, Krista's DJ sets are an equally aggressive yet cathartic experience. Krista is also the founder of Somnium Recordings, a flinta* focused label and audio visual platform launching in 2023 which aims to showcase explorations in raw dystopian textures and heavy industrial soundscapes through audio and visual methods.
