- House of Stank

NYC-based DJs, Christy Love and W. Jeremy, collectively known as House of Stank, began in March 2006 with a weekly Wednesday party called "STANK" which played host to many of house music’s most influential figures, including Cajmere (a.k.a. Green Velvet), Glenn Underground, Ron Carroll and the legendary Wild Pitch Acid maestro and monthly resident, DJ Pierre. In 2007, they began producing original music and their debut and sophomore tracks, "Baby Brain" and "4 Tha Freaks," were released on DJ Pierre’s label, Afro Acid Digital. In the following years, they released "Make U Jack" and "Get Up, Yeah!" on Dust Traxx Chicago. House of Stank have remixed such artists as Larry Tee, Easy Street, Thee-O & Merlyn Martin and The 2 Bears. In the fall of 2010, they launched their own label, Get Up Recordings, which has featured artists such as Honey Dijon, Tedd Patterson, Johnny Fiasco, Kenny Summit, Hyena Stomp, Rhenalt and House of Stank. As DJs, House of Stank have had featured sets on PUSH FM, Ultra Music Festival Radio, and have played at some of NYC's favorite spots, including Cielo, Sullivan Room, Club Love, Greenhouse, and the critically acclaimed PS1 Warm-Up music series.
