Ghost Youth

"Kit" (a.k.a. Ghost Youth) is an up-and-coming Future Garage producer from the Tampa Bay area. His interest in music began at an early age, starting with guitar, bass and keys, and eventually led to his involvement with various local experimental/noise/punk bands. But it wasn't until a visit to the now defunct Fantasy Ranch, that he had his first taste of electronic music. Inspired by the Florida breakbeat scene, he decided to try his hand at electronic music himself.Ghost Youth's tracks have been described as sublime and haunting, featuring throbbing jungle-esque basslines, a rythmic scattering of drum hits, broken percussive strikes, lush synths, atmospheric texturing, ambient vocals and other abstract elements, creating a style that is purely his own.
