Members Geoffrey T and Mr Pauli met in The Hague (The Netherlands) in 1999. They soon found out they had a very similar taste in music. The guys realized the world was getting seriously unfunky. Something had to be done...With 80′s electronic funk, post-disco and boogie music as their main inspiration the two started working together in the studio, which led to their first 12′′ release for MDEX Recordings in 2004.After close to ten years and several EP’s and remixes for labels like 2020 Vision and Global Underground, Bumper has found a new home at Calgary’s finest Homebreakin’ Records, where they will continue their mission to get the party started!
